Colegio Bilingüe de Panamá establishes, documents, implements, and maintains a quality management system. It continuously improves its effectiveness following the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and within the legal framework of the Republic of Panama, providing resources and information necessary for the operation and monitoring of the processes it has determined.
The quality management system is how the school:
a. Identifies and determines the quality management, implementation, and operation processes.
b. Determines the sequence and interaction of those processes.
c. Determines the criteria and methods necessary to ensure that the operation and control of its processes are effective.
d. Ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of its processes.
e. Performs monitoring, measurement where applicable, and analysis of its processes.
f. Implements the actions necessary to achieve planned results and continuous improvement of its processes.
